Katsia Lord

PRINCIPAL | PARTNER | LEAD ARCHITECT

Katsia is a founding Partner and Principal at Vault Design Group. She oversees the Colorado office and staff. With over two decades of experience in Design, Master Planning, and Programming she brings her exacting expertise to every project. Her experience includes both the public and private sectors across the US and Internationally. Her expertise in entitlement was crucial to securing approval for a five-star luxury hotel in Colorado’s legendary Telluride Ski Resort area in 2023.

Katsia’s project experience includes large-scale commercial buildings typically exceeding 100,000 square feet on multi-acre lots and building sites. Katsia’s architectural and design experience includes Country Clubs, Luxury Hotels, Senior Care Campuses, Multi-Family, and Private Residences.

While at Solarframeworks, Katsia led Business Development working directly with Berkshire Hathaway’s solar division. While at an award-winning firm in Denver, Colorado, she was an integral team member on the Kroenke Sports Center corporate offices and private residences for Stan Kroenke.

Adam Raiffe

Director of Design | Partner | Architect

Adam leads with expertise and creative flair as Director of Design and Partner at Vault Design Group in New Jersey. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, he ensures each project surpasses expectations. With years of design experience, he shapes the future of design, inspiring his team to achieve greatness and elevate projects to new heights.

While receiving a degree in Art History from a small art school outside Chicago, he helped establish the first accredited Interior Design curriculum at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He was among the first graduates of the Institute's Interior Design Program, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. At the University of Miami he received a Master in Architecture degree with instruction from the famed New Urbanist architect and school's dean, Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk and, adding to his passion of art and architecture's rich history, he spent time in Italy researching classical architecture theory with master architect Michael Graves.
